Level I Teacher Training

Level I Teacher Training will take place over four long weekends in and around Vienna ending with 9 days in the French Alps. There is a fantastic international team of teachers offering their many years of experience and varied teaching styles to give you a comprehensive understanding of Kundalini Yoga. This is the perfect setting to go beyond your self imposed limits and to deepen your comprehension of Kundalini Yoga.

Dates are the following in 2011:

Weekend I: 12.02. - 20.02. Topics: Pedagogy: What is Yoga? History and Philosophy

Weekend II: 11.03. - 13.03. Topics: Oriental Physiology

Weekend III: 05.08. - 08.05. Topics: Meditation and the Mind

Weekend IV: 08.06. - 12.06. Topics: Health, Ayurveda. Yogic Lifestyle and Diet, Chakras

Week V: 02.07. - 10.07. Spiritual Path and Development, Role of the Kundalini Yoga Teacher,
Yoga Postures – Asanas

Formation fee: 1750 euro
Food and lodging: 840 euro total for four weekends and 315 euro for Intensive week.
Formation book: “The Aquarian Teacher”, 95 euro

The formation fee is due even if you choose to not finish the course. The Kundalini Yoga Teacher qualification diploma cannot be given unless all payments have been received. A prepayment of 500 euros is due before the course initiation. This is a non-refundable fee.
