But, what are Chakras?

“Chakra” literally means “wheels,” or the wheels of life in Sanskrit — referring to the spinning, spherical energy centers in your body. These whirlpools of energy are mapped along the spine.

In most forms of yoga, the 7 primary Chakras on our body are recognized. The 8th Chakra is recognized in Kundalini Yoga as a key part of the Chakra system - the Aura that surrounds the body.

These energy centers are associated to different emotional and psychological issues and can be used to help identify imbalances and to establish internal harmony.

  • You receive unlimited access. This is not a monthly subscription that expires. Once you invest in Aligned & Protected, these 8 deep dive videos are yours to revisit as often as you would like. You can return to specific modules whenever you feel a certain area of your life needs an energetic "tune-up."

  • In the Kundalini tradition, we recognize the Auraas the 8th chakra—your protective magnetic field. Many courses stop at the Crown, but I believe true mastery requires you to be Protected as well as Aligned.
